I didn't have any Joes as a kid, but my cousins did. They had a Sea Adventurer and an Air Adventurer. I do have plenty of them now, vintage and modern 12" . The HQ, Turbo copters, 2 ATVs, and LOADS of clothing and accerories. I do have a classic Air Adventurer w/ new KFG hands, plus the ones that were for sale a few years back, but their hands are too stiff."Do you believe, you believe in magic?

12" GI Joes were the Coolest figures and playsets ever made! That SkyHawk would have been awesome to have,i would have tried to rig another string to release a parachuting Joe.That i'm sure would have probably resulted in both ending up in a tree somewhere or one of the two being lost.
Great memories of playing with GI Joes as a kid.

That helicopter was actually allot of fun to play with. My thumb did get worn out pretty quick though having to push that button continuously to spin the blades. After a while, I would just fly the copter and pretend the blades were spinning with the rest of the adventure. I picked up the headquarters about 10 years ago. After putting it together and seeing it work in perfect condition, I wish I had it as a kid. What am I saying? I'm still that kid.
