What was your favorite (vintage) Star Wars Figure / Toy ??

I would always try to choose/barter the Weequay figure, I always thought he looked like Yul Brinner


The Gamorrean guard was always our least fav as we didn't know his name, so we used to call him "Hey fatty bum bum"
after the song by Carl Malcolm.

hmmmmmmmm...really liked the first Yoda with snake around his neck (wow accessory), but really really wanted the remote control sandcrawler...that was so cool looking.

My favourite figure still is the Tie Fighter Pilot.

The three that I am most proud to own (loose) though are Yak Face, Blue Snaggletooth and Trilogo Boba Fett. I'd like to add a vinyl cape Jawa to that list too but am concerned about repros so I have always stayed clear.

My 12 back Stormtrooper is my ultimate fave as a collector. It's just such a great looking card. I had to sell my Raleigh Chopper to fund that purchase.

I loved Squidhead,pruneface,Lando,and the Luke Stormtrooper.

All those weird looking aliens were really cool,and the Jabba set is still one of my top toys

Hmmmm....

I used to like Hammerhead; mostly 'cos he had that open hand you could use to choke other figures. Sometimes their hads would actually come off, too. Cool!

The original cantina aliens (Snaggletooth, Walrus Face, Greedo, Hammerhead) are very iconic of my childhood. If I had to choose though, it's gotta be Greedo. Just looking at him makes me feel like a four year old again.

My absolute favorite would be a toss-up between Tie Fighter Pilot and At-At Driver. Ever since I was a kid I always loved the different Stormtrooper-like figures. And my Tie Fighter Pilot was made of this really sweet smelling plastic that I was like totally addicted to, haha. I really loved the original Cantina aliens too, with Blue Snaggletooth. Those are close runners-up.

EDIT-- I can't believe I didn't think of Bossk earlier! I'd say Bossk is probably my favorite figure, even slightly edging out the Tie Fighter Pilot. I can remember the day I bought Bossk at a Toys R Us in the summer of 1980 like it was yesterday.

Yes that is too true. I got mine many years ago from a collection from a kid down the street.I just got hem from his parents for almost nothing. Back then i didn;t really understand the sigificance of it .
I love of them because they are my passion , loose or carded.

Han Solo. I had the Falcon Ship too. There was nothing that beat him when I was a kid.

Now more so,.. its my Commander Cody. I love that figure.

Wow, what a question. I love vintage star wars to death so choosing just one is very hard, but it would probably boil down to Obi-wan Kenobi or Darth Vader, if I had to choose though it would be Darth. I just love their cheesy 70's light sabers with the tips on the end.

Hmmm...tough choice. In the 3 3/4 inch line I guess it's Luke from ESP in the khaki uniform (is that Bespin Luke?). In the 12 inch line, which I loved, it's certainly Han Solo.
