That was Kenner. Not only did they re-use Super Powers molds,they re-used Star Wars molds as well.

In Kenner's defense, they apparently got the license at the last minute. They also used Robocop molds. The Sheriff of Nottingham's head was from a Robocop villain. His body was SP Lex Luthor.

Robin Hood with the "G" on his belt, under his tunic was the real kicker, like Del said.

wolverine from the first series of x-men was pretty bad. his mask is a ring
for some reason i think 15' magneto and wolverine will be valueble one day. kinda like the giant size motu dolls.
