I'm also waiting to see what he provides. This should be interesting.

I shot this thread over to Jordan Hembrough on Facebook. I am curious for his possible take on this. I love the rarity of the blue track suit.

I gots nothing. While searching, I found pics of an Aldens exclusive Air Force uniform for Steve I had never heard of before. I've been trying to find posts of different Christmas store catalogs, hoping they might have some clues. I did find 2 other pics of 'blue' track suits... but they were actually more purple, so I'm thinking they were regular red suits dyed blue (making a purplish color). I've put pics out on every SMDM and Kenner board I can find... I'll let you guys know when something turns up.

Also... the blue material for the track suit looks to be made out of the exact same material as the Bionic Woman's 'Elegant Lady' outfit.

Would you be willing to post the photos you are mentioning? I for one have never seen the Air Force uniform, nor the other trac suits.

None of my SMDM collector/friends can give me any solid insight into these outfits. The feedback I got was all speculative, so this mystery continues. Very interesting.

They're not my pics, so I'll link to them...

There was a third, but I'm having trouble finding it.

Thanks for the photos. Kinda crazy looking outfits. I definately did not like the Air Force one. LOL!

Then you'll love the third pic (when I find it): it's some kind of dark blue outfit... with big red stars on the shoulders. It's got to be either a home-made outfit, or some kooky foreign release.

The suit looks legit, but the stars? What the frig!

I found this photo of the Mexican release SMDM. Look a different version of blue track suit. It seems there were MANY variations of this figure. Something I never knew.

I think the LiliLedys were actually Mego sized figures to boot...

Are you sure? I alays though the Star Wars ones, as an example, were normal full sized figures. I would suspect that these would have followed suit. Then again I have never seen one of these in person so...............who knows.

This has some pictures of the Lili Ledy compared to the U.S. version.
