80s GI Joes

Man, I had a friend who had that Arco "The Otherworld" Castle Zeno. It was pretty cool. He also had some of the Dragonriders of the Styx, including the Bat-winged Devil guy. I always thought he was cool.

I think all of the 70s, 80s, and even early 90s toys that were purchased in KY were shipped out of state in the late 90s. All we have at yard sales and flea markets now are frickin' Happy Meal toys from the last 10 years.

You have Red Tricephalon!!!!!! I saw this copied version of him only once back then (very early 80's) in a knights vs Dragons type of playset. No one I have ever encountered (this inc Godzilla related websites) has ever seen nor heard of such a thing but I knew it to be true cause I saw it in the box (by opening the side) with my own eyes. Nice. I would have loved to found something like this today. Drove around all day and have a splitting headache from the heat. Only thing I scored was a lot of aggravation.

The Night Force vehicles are pretty good....They'll be mostly black with orange pieces and glow in the dark stickers. I think the all chromed sky patrol vehicles are decent.....Some of the jets are ok as well, the Skystriker has always been a fav. The most important part of the vehicles (as with most toys) is completeness.

Thanks! I may take you up on that. I'm not much of an 80s guy but I do like the fantasy lines from then. One of these boxes is filled with Dragonriders of the Styx figures and Remco Crystar stuff. Really fun stuff.
