I've been picking it up and reading sections in every spare moment. It's the type of book where you can digest it a bit at a time. I've seen some oddball stuff on PS, but some of these really take the cake.

I think the layout is very effective, with no large amounts of wasted white space, like many collector books. That being said, it's not over-crowded either. As I said earlier, it's not over designed. Collector books like this are often too complicated for their own good. I'm really impressed with the overall presentation here. And I'm not just saying this because it's Brian's book, either.

Got mine Monday as well and was impressed with the short glance I was able to give it before running out to the airport to send my family back to their respective corners of the country. I will be immersed for a couple days with this, but it will be taking up prominent coffee table space when appropriate for sure.

I GOT IT!!! It looks awesome. I don't have time to read it, as I have to run out, but my first impression is a very positive one. I would never guess this book comes from a first time author OR publisher. It's very professional looking, but not OVER designed, like some collector books. Very accessible. Congrats B!!!

I was over half done and had gone back to college to get my certification before I announced the book. It's all an illllluuuusiion...
