Sorry, that should say "Barbie" not baby. I remember vividly that he came in a window box, and I didn't have a bunch of 12" figures, and didn't swap the clothes around. I didn't start altering my figures at all until the 80's RAH era of G.I. Joe.
I did discover that aside from the head, Shatterhand from the Big Jim series has similar accessories.

Hmmm. Sounds like some sort of Mattel 10" Big Jim figure--Dr. Steel? He could have been wearing a Tonto outfit or western Big Jim clothes from Germany.

    Hey guys,
So as a kid in maybe 78, I had a figure that I can't find or remember.
He was a western 12", had clothing that looked like buckskin and reminded me very much of Chris from the magnificent seven, Yul Brenner.
The other thing i remeber is his arms had joints like Babie's knees. For some reason "Trooper Jones" keeps popping into my head, but I can't remember since I called him muscles since when I bent his elbows it looked to me like he was flexing his muscles.
    Any help?

Got it! It's a Mattel (1971) Big Jim net launcher from the Jungle Adventure with Real Action Gorilla set. If you need one of these, contact me.
