By "thread jacking" I'm assuming that you mean the showing of your goodies?

Well hell, JACK away!! You have some AWESOME stuff mam!! That Godzilla is super sweet, and I love the Harryhausen Cyclops! (X Plus?)

Also - I would have SWORN that Kenner would have re-used parts between those two...wow! (Bigfoot/Chewie) Seeing them that way, I know now that I prefer Chewie by a long shot - he will BE my "Bionic Bigfoot". It's also pretty cool that I can get an average Chewie for $10-$20 - I dont have to blow my budget on BigFoot!

(NOW I just neet to check out Chewie's joint structure...if I remember right, there are two thick bands running from limb to limb, but I'd need to SEE his arms/legs splayed-open to really KNOW.....but of course, that would require another picture...and...well...cough cough.....)


In that one shot, Chewie looks like he's about to bust BigFoot into next month! "Bigfoot"...psshhhhh...looks like a small fry next to the TRUE 'Sci-fi Sasquatch'!

Chewie's arms are rubberbandy, but his legs are just a regular back and forth sort of joint. His legs are cut at a weird angle, so making him sit is impossible, and making him walk is but a dream.

Though his arms are rubberbandy in their connection, they really don't lend themselves to staying open. (Taking a pic is rather hard.)


The Cyclops, my husband says is a Billiken with the extra head (single horn & double horn. The club is a custom.) Jim (my husband) does have the X Plus, but he loves his Billiken, since it came out first, and he has an attachment to it.

The Godzilla is the King King v Godzilla Billiken model.

Youre going to build those Polar Lights right? I heard keeping the shrink on is bad for the box for an investment. But , good way not to lose parts of course.

Nice to see the Adventure Team Headquarters with so many different 12 guys. I have one coming. Looks bigger than i thought.

If i had kept everything I once had I would have had most of that. But not all teh cool 1970s non Joes. :-) ( yes books included.)

Do you have time to go through over 500 LPs and 1000's of dvds? (The ones in the photo only show the ones on the shelf... we have a ton more in papersleeves in diamond boxes as we transfer CED, Laserdisc, and VHS to dvd.)

Seriously though, I should photograph the garage one day so you can see where the rest of the stuff lives until it can finally come out and play.

Very Nice Collection! I can look at peoples Toy Collections all day(especially toys from my youth), I live and breathe this stuff. With Christmas just around the corner it makes me feel like a little kid again. Thank you for posting your collection. It would be nice to see a post of peoples toy collections only, who knows , it might spark alot of trading online with other board members.

the collection is amazing more pictures would be cool can you take a closer pictures of the dvd shelf?
