Could I see Pulsar 'fully exposed' please?

    Odd request? I dunno....

I have seen the TV spots, as well as several toy site pictures and so forth. The shots that I'm looking for arent those though, no, I'm looking for various angles.
I'm very interested in seeing close-ups of: His face, his limbs posed in every way, his chest, his suit and boots, his 'bionic face', action poses, his company markings, etc.

In other words folks, I dont need to see him laying on his back from ten feet away, or packaged/showpiece shots that are all over the internet, I want to see in more d e t a i l ....
BTW - the shots dont need to be of a 'mint condition' figure, not at all, I'd prefer if they were of a 'played with condition' figure honestly.

Thanks a lot in advance, and if you DO go to the trouble of taking shots of your own Pulsar, thanks TEN fold!!

    Take care -

C'mon...I know that many of you guys have a Pulsar - let me see him spread eagle!

I want to see how his shoulders and thighs connect to his torso - Its not that I'm not into staring at his armpits and crotch, I need to know HOW they attach and his range of motion for a custom idea I have!
(I have not see a Pulsar in person for over 30 years, I dont recall if his joints are more SMDM or more Ideal...I'm HOPING the latter though..)

    Thanks so much!

        Hmmmm....

I THINK the upper legs connect like a T1 Mego. The shoulders are jointed like an old Star Wars figure: 180 degree spin.

18 years ago i was showing mine from childhood off. As a kid he was a dud other than the funky boots and that WACKy stuff they used on his shirt instead of buttons. Never saw that stuff before.

So I say: " look, 'Pulsar, Ultimate man of adventure'" I open his shirt and she says: " Ultimate Adventure? he looks more like an educational science toy."

Hey I undersatnd Krushers facination. It takes all kinds.

I'm sure there are 'special websites' out there just for that.. interest.

I cannot watch Tickle Me Elmos getting set on fire enough. True dat.

They should make a NEW Pulsar. With visiable lower intestines and bladder THAT work!

Just combine Baby Oops with a Gi Joe and there you are. :-)

( P.S. I usually look at YouTube for Toy reviews of stuff. they get pretty detailed. Pulsar might be a bit old. My buddy has Hypnos. Same body, no costume. Finding a pic shouldnt be hard.)

Pulsar's joints are simple He-Man like joints. Joints allow for up and down, legs would allow for a split, if the rubberbands were loose enough.

Knee joints are Big Jim like, in terms of prettiness. Blood pumping motion is through a button in the back, sculpted much like the Big Jim kung fu action arms.

Here's some pics of one of mine, hope it helps!

AWESOME!! Yes - THANK you mam!

So his legs use that MOTU "rubber plug" deal...ughhh...so in other words, when the band rots/snaps, its KAPUT.
(Well, there are 'fixes' involving eyelet screws and fish line...but come on...)

Yeah, all I really remember is him feeling very SOLID when I tossed him around - not "blow molded" and brittle like Steve Austin or my sister's male dolls...

I'll need to get one for sure. I'd rather buy from a fellow MUSEUM member, but the offers arent pouring in! (Maybe 1 or 2..)
I see them on E-Bay for less than $20...we'll see...

He's also very BIG in comparison, right? Next to my other stuff - Joe, Zem, JJ, etc. - I recall Pulsar towering over them. (But Chewie was taller I think..)

Anyhow, thanks so much again LadyZod for the shots - and for not making yet another "specialized websites for nude Pulsar fetish" joke...

Pulsar is as big as the SMDM dolls.

Also, not shown in this pic, the Mego Farrah fits PERFECTLY along with the SMDM...

Maaaaaan is that BigFoot sweet...Steve and Jamie are cool and all, but d a m n....
There is Oscar - yep, thats the guy that I have sealed away. When I unearth him one day, I'll offer him to you guys - he means jack squat to me!

LadyZod - Do you have the 12"-scale Chewie by any chance? I really would love to see him standing back-to-back with Bigfoot.

                          Thanks again!

BTW....whats up with the clear arm on Steve? Did you take it from Mike Powers?

Edit..again... Good to hear of Farrah's scale - I got her along with Cher for my wife for Christmas. (Along with about $400+ worth of other toys..lol)
She really wants Diana as well, but she seems to be much more expensive..

The clear arm on Steve is from the critical assignment mission pack. We had an extra Steve, and the pack, so we figured, why not.

(Thanks to Plaidstallions.com for having awesome catalog shots!)

He's also wearing the back pack radio helmet. The back pack is barely visible in the foreground.

Here's a little better shot of him, with Farrah as well (for scale sake) (A barely complete Maskatron is hiding behind Farrah, embarrassed that he is not complete.)

Also, here's a few shots of the Bigfoot and the big Kenner Chewie. You would have thought that Kenner would have used the same body molds for the legs and arms, and that is definitely NOT the case.
