Well, it was pretty much a bust. Met the guy and he showed up with 14 naked, non-talker fuzz heads and a few uniforms in baggies. Wanted $75 a piece or if I bought them all he'd go $50 each. Uniforms ran from $25 -$40. Needless to say I passed but he was a nice guy and we talked toys for a while so that was fun. Seems he's wanting to sell his extras to fund his new hobby collecting vintage electric trains. In the end he said he's be on the lookout for Megos for me and I would do the same for him with electric trains or painted head Joes. Gave him a Bulletman Joe PS card and he literally freaked out! Sounds like Plaid Stallions has a new fan. All of this came about because I made a few posts on Craig's List for old toys, old Christmas catalogs and a few other listings. You never know what can come about by doing something like that.
Oh and everything he brought was original, vintage GI Joe and in immaculate condition!!!!

Well. I never liked that baseball hat anyway.

Know a good recipe for Hat? ( AND "crow"?)

Just goes to show "There is always a bigger fish." meaning no matter what the trivia, somone else knows more.

75 for a nude fuzzy? or 75 for an adventurer with an outfit?

          Wow! 75 Bucks a pop?!?

That's excessive for a Fuzzhead even when the 'Joe prices were at the Toppermost. I've picked up a couple of hirsute Fuzzheads in January for $15 each, and they cleaned up really nice. I guess he doesn't check out eBay.

          Or maybe he does...

$75 a pop for fuzz heads and Adv. Team figures and they were naked. He said that's what he paid for them and he wanted at least to get back what he had in them. The thing is when we first started talking he said he picked up about 30 from a sale on Craig's List plus a boxed jeep and space capsule for about $1000 but he didn't go into detail about what figures he got. I think the most I've ever paid for an Adv Team figure was $45 and he was a talker.
He didn't bring any of the painted head Joes because I told him I was only interested in the fuzz heads and Adv Team figures. Since he was into the painted head Joes I can only imagine what he would have wanted for those.

I would say, "Good luck sir." Those aren't high prices; they are levitating.

Yep. Unless you are talking MIB untouched items, I would hover at the 50 mark for a clean, not=balding fuzz WITH his fatigues/jumper/accessories AND his tag.

Sorry to hear you did not pick up anything. Perhaps the seller will keep your contact info and give you another call in six months or so.

those prices would have been in the high range 15 years ago before the hasbro repros cut the market out on lower end incomplete/commom sets.
