I've got a chance to buy these GI Joes but have no idea of their worth. I do know my fuzz heads but not a clue about the others. The guy refuses to come up with a number and I'd like to make him a fair offer but still have room to make a little by selling the non-fuzz heads. Anyone have an idea of what these are worth as a group lot? Any help is appreciated!

the diffuclt part is that all these Joe sets have been reissued recently,
but assuming that these are indeed vintage joes, and vintage uniform parts they normally sell for about 50-75 each (the last one the polar one is an action man or action team set hence the brit SLR rifle) but really to appraise a joe set you need to check the make tags, stitching, if all the parts are vintage and not old knock off, costwold repro, or even new hasbro mfr.
the joe figures almost look too nice to be vintage -
The bodies do look really clean, tho it looks like there is a small stress crack on a knee which would probably be an old fellow. But I agree with JDS. Without a personal inspection or LOTS of pics, you cannot be sure these are not repros.
I was wondering about the mismatched boots and rifle on the last one. I don't usually look into action man stuff. So there you go.Comment

The bottom one has the lousy American Version of Kung Fu grip that the Timeless Collection is responsible for.
Remeber Joe Hair Club does custom hair jobs at 17 a pop. They also do repaints , and the Timeless guys were not painted very well.
The plastic is too pink and uniform. Stress cracks are not unusual even in brand new repros. I have some on my Action Men Nostalgia..
Still the simple way to be sure is check out the Joes butt cheek. It will boldly read AUTHENTIC REPRODUCTION
With the Exception of the incomplete Action Man ski patrol set everyone of these has been reproduced. The crisp creases on the pants on some of the fatigues makes me suspicious. Also the one set that was NOT reissued ( Action Man Ski outfit) is the one that is strangely broken and not complete.
But Honestly theres just no way the uniforms are 40 years old. They would have deep creases from being on the figure and teh silver suits would be chipped. The viewplate on the Crash Crew hood would show wear. No melt marks. The hair is too shiny on the painted Joes, the fuzz heads dont have a single rub.
The talking commander outfit on the blond Fuzz head was also reissued by the GI Joe club. And the Airforce uniform is an exclusive . The crash crew ( silver) outfit is harder to come by ,so with the price of some of these reproductions and the cost of having good hair flocking done to them , plus the completeness of each set, money was definately spent on them.
I checked. GI Joe reproduction uniforms have MADE IN CHINA on the neck labels.. While the few original pieces I have say HONG KONG or JAPAN. Thats not conclusive.
Also they could be Action Men in which case they would NOT have AUTHENTIC REPRODUCTION on them , instead they will have in tiny lettering on the lower back torso the year 2006.
The fatigues were made by ActionMan Anniversary as well, Action Man reproductions have NO tags on them.
Start with $100 .Only go higher if you want them badly for yourself Remember these are unpackaged reproductions. How badly do you want them? Expensive custom work has been done which could either be good or detract from thier original AUTHENTIC REPRODUCTION value.
I get suspicious of anyone who refuses to throw out a quote. Maybe he hopes youre clueless. Does he claim these are originals?
Tell me how it turns out !

I agree with Truedave on some of that. I've never found a mint foil suit for either the astronaut or firefighter. The pack for astronaut does look vintage, due to the yellowing. The figure with the marine fatigues looks like a repro. You must try to generate happiness within yourself.
