Those ones are insanely expensive and desirable these days.
yeah those things are super expensive

ther used to be some great websites that seem to have closed shop I'll have to check at home for links but these links may help

black perceptor is either the microman takra original or just as likely a knock off of that one

      HOLY CHRIST THATS IT!!!!!!!

Yes that is the perceptor I saw!! I do not recall the packaging too well, but it did seem to come close to the official microman one. The Omega Supreme was in a similar box to his US transformer version, but I do recall him being exactly the same in color scheme to Perceptor which is why I thought they both belonged to the same toyline.

Those webpages are amazing and thank you for bringing them to my attention

      CTC,
Hey Don you are not kidding about well made robot boots being available back then. Many of them were entirely made of metal. I recall having the knock off for the transformer reflector a year or two before Hasbro released the same version. Hell, back then I saw a true Megatron that when transformed looked exactly the same as he did on the cartoon show (not the mess of a robot they gave us instead). I never bought him though because he was about the size of Prowl in robot form, another regret. Wish I picked him up

I had some Godzilla toys that were about 4 inches tall, and they came in a plastic bag. I distinctly remember having the one with sharp horns for hands. My mom bought them in Boston and brought them home for me. I have no idea what they were, but I always thought they were bootlegs. They had swivel arms and legs, and I think were based on actually Godzilla enemies. Any ideas?
If I have the correct ones in mind, that was actually an official line released by Mattel called Godzilla's Gang. These were all originaly POPY toys that Mattel brought over here from Japan and released. The other monsters are from Ultraman and Ultra 7 tv shows. The hook hands (if he has the bird beak) is Bemstar, Below is a link
