Painted head vs fuzzy head GI-JOE

A question for the 12 inch GI-JOE collecters and fans here,
Which ones do you prefer the painted head from the 60s or the fuzzy head from the 70s?
I know dollar wise the painted head Joes are worth more but when i was a kid the fuzzy head Joes were the ones i had so for me give me the fuzzy head Joes but Mike Power and Bulletman are welcome too even if they did have painted heads

I prefer the fuzzhead Adventure Team Joes. I'm a 70s baby and those are from my era. I do have quite a few of the newer ones from Hall of Fame, and Classic Collection, and some knockoffs like RDF figures from the early 90s w/ painted heads. But I have more originals and repros of the fuzzheads.

Fuzz head joes for me. The painted head ones always seemed so boring to me, being military orientated. Fuzzy Joes were Adventurers! They fought Yetis and discovered Mummy burial grounds! They had Submarines that worked!

I like my Joes like I like my Hulk Hogan...in red and yellow!

I gotta give the vote out to the fuzz heads and AT as well. I do like the painted hamburger hand fellows, but hunting Yeti and fighting off killer clams is just too much fun.

Fuzz heads for me also. i had hand me down painted heads, but all of my GI Joes as a kid were fuzz heads.

True but the only fuzzy head JOE i can think of off the top of my head is the AA talking commander i hear he's very rare

I would have to go with the Fuzzy Heads. The first time I ever saw a GI JOE figure it was a fuzzy head.
