That is a very nice example. i have been working on the Lili Ledy SW 3 3/4" and like this Jawa the 3 3/4" jawa( with removeable hood) that just ended for over 600.00 brought me to tears when It outreached me. It seems if you can get the ledy's in any condition it's a good day. I would think this one got grabbed up buy a super collectors shopper. I will have to wait and see on the feedback and see who purchased it.
I can't imagine there are to many out there that are in this condition.

listed at 10:15pm pacific, sold at 7am pacific. Not exactly immediate, but pretty fast.
I would have liked to see what it could have realized with an actual auction rather than BIN.
Perhaps another will show in the wake of this fellow. I hope it stirs up some interest in the Raider I have listed. Sort of doubt it tho.

According to an expert on the subject, there were 27 boxed Jawas from the warehouse find in the mid 90's and he knows of maybe 3 others that can't be traced back to the find, so maybe 30 boxed ones in various conditions (the boxes for these are very flimsy). So there are certainly rarer items out there, but most of these are probably locked into collections, so this one coming up for sale was a pretty uncommon event.

very true. I know that Steve Sansweet, Gus Lopez and several of the collectors surrounding them have to have them, so that would be around 10-15 pretty easy. Looking at that makes me think of the " Thomas Crown Affair " with the painting in his basement. You could make repro boxes from that one and recoup some of the cost of it I would imagine.
I saved the images as a " place saver" in hopes one day to run across it.

rche, Which Raider is yours on ebay the repro one or the more complete one ?

            loosiegoosie,

The Raider I am selling is not reproduction tho it does have some repro parts. Tho you could probably cast a head for one of these, the body would be very difficult to duplicate.

The portrait, body, and boots are originaly Lili Ledy.
The robe, cape, and harness are handmade repros.

It is tough to find these figures in the box and almost as tough to find them loose with original parts as the robe and cape are pretty fragile. The other TR with clothes on ebay right now is missing the cape. The robe is LL, tho I am not sure about the harness. Looks a little shaky - even for LL standards. There have been a handful of nude Raiders up for grabs in the last year.

Over the past year, I think I've seen Raiders (mostly nude, incomplete or with repro clothing) turn up on ebay more than any of the other Ledy SW. That often seems to be the case, I think loose Raiders are more common that a lot of the others loose (except maybe Vader), but he's usually in the most demand as there is no vintage Kenner counterpart.
