I think that alot of these idiots dont realize that they started making SW figures again in 1995 and so they happen upon these, think they are vintage and price them as such. Im sure they tool the web , maybe happen Ebay and see some rare actuall vintage peices that are worth a fair amount, and then price what they have to that.
I mean the thing here is too is that If I ran a store like this, I would invest in books and such, and hey, even check the dates on packages to see what I had.
Its funny how nasty some of these people can be at times, We are still laughing about sunday. In fact today I spoke with someone at work about it who is into comics and he was saying there are some 80s/90s comics in there too priced way too high for they are............

The best I've seen is in an antique store near where I live selling a Brian Roberts Baltimore Orioles bobble head for $150.00. The same issue has been given out at the Baltimore fan fest for the last two years which means at least 20,000 of them had been given away for free. It's comparable to trying to sell MM cards.
      It's all good!

That and some people just want to get rid of the stuff period. For some it is more of a hassle or a nuissance to deal with. They would just rather part ways with it and move on. What gets me is some people actually pay storage fees to keep their stuff. How can that even be profitable in the long term?
