I actually have a near completed set of LJN WWF Wrestling figures. Including the Bendies, Thumb Wrestlers, and both 16".

That actually blew my mind for awhile too. If I remember wasn't Ax a Singles wrestler before demolition was formed, It was a very short stint and it was around the time of the figures release ?

I know there is a bunch of unproduced figures that LJN was working on before Vince took the license to Hasbro. I thought he was one of those. I might be wrong too , but I thought that group included, Smash, The Rockers, Brother Love, Moon Dogs, Wendy Richter, and the Brain Busters. There maybe others that were planned as well. I just cannot for the life of me remember.

I've got a whole bunch, including the ring. Honestly, I keep them in my "toy closet" because they don't fit in with the rest of what I collect.
These were the last big hurrah of my toy collecting days, after these it was skateboarding and girls.

My nephew was/still is a huge WWF LJN collector.

He started collecting back in the mid 90's and I used to help him look.

When he first started collecting, some of the figure were very "rare" and crazy expensive.

This was before most of us American's knew how many LJN's (later ones) were released in Canada.

I still remember him paying like $95.00 for a totally beat-up Warrior.

Other prices I remember him paying (all loose and mostly beat)

                            $85.00 - Haku
                            $60.00 - Big Boss Man
                            $70.00 - Brett Hart
                            $50.00 - Rude

I think his best deal was a boxed yellow steel cage.
I found one for him at a garage sale for $1.00

I've never known this, so the later figures had a wider release in Canada than the US? Are the figures mentioned sorta like Star Wars last 18 (POTF?)figures.
