That's Reddy's original "more robot like" costume. You're right, it doesn't look like him, I think because he's got the evil smile on his face. At the time he was being controlled by TO Morrow. Huedell may be onto something as around issue 110, Reddy was given his more modern costume, made by the Black Canary. If memory serves, GA spent the entire story grousing about it.

Altho' my joke was more in reference to the colors in their monikers---
I still see how ya made the "horking in" connection

Can you imagine being Ollie and in the "sausagefest" JLA with BC as your chick?

        TOTAL paranoia/jealousy.

The competition there is maddening...I mean, even "loser" Aquaman
        is King Of Atlantis.

That is Red Tornado. The artwork is lifted from JLA #106. Reddy looked evil then because he was under T.O. Morrow's control. Looks like the toy company used a temporarily evil hero as a villain again, just like Johnny Thunder's T-bolt back in the Ideal JLA figurine line.

These are really cool. Cindy went nuts for the Wonder Woman jump rope. Anyone ever seen one for sale?

I know I would have wanted the Green Arrow acher set. And probably the Aquaman board too.
