My latest site: World's Greatest Sesame Street Finger Puppets

    www.sesamestreetfingerpuppets.com

I'm finally officially unveiling my finger puppets site. It's been in the works for a long long time and details everything I've learned about this line of toys since I started collecting them 5 years ago. I'll be adding more to it, especially via the blog, but this pretty much covers it. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Thanks to Brian for the catalog help, Joe for the friendly web hosting, and Ben for the added inspiration! And Hue---thanks for you recent comments--it helped me get off my butt and put the finishing touches on this morning.

        Awesome site ms,

I'm a big fan of the hand puppets and have many fond memories of the finger set I had in 75. I promise to use up a bunch of bandwidth on your new site.

Thanks for giving us all the finger.

Thanks for the compliment Scott. I'm really loving the site...it's so cool
to have a place to document toys I love so much.
I'm sure I'll be spending as much time ping ponging back and forth between entries there as I do on the Mego Galleries....a lot

Scott I love your new site. I loved these as a kid, and enjoyed your trip down memory lane.

Pity more manufacturers didn't use that bubble that could reattach like the Netherlands did.

So I noticed on the Topper packaging with the Jack Davis art that Bert is the only one playing with his own puppet...

Thank you. Isn't that the most interesting design? Very unique.

Wow, great packaging! Great job on the website, too. All of the official versions are nice, but those early ones made by Topper are really great.

must not have had as much of a shrinkage issue in the Netherlands. Don't think that would fare very well at the modern Wally driven world.

a cool idea for customs tho

Always liked these and the Fisher Price Sesame Street sets as a kid...oddly enough, I only ever got one of them as a kid--Roosevelt Franklin. Still have him too.
