Wow, what a find! I didn't know these existed either. I'd been all over them as a young kid. Loved the Goolies. I only have vauge memories of it now. I really need to find that DVD set. I understand some Wal-Marts have it for $5. I don't imagine there is much merchandise made from this show, right?

Exactly. In the 70's you basically had the show and these figures and that was about it. Given the show came out when Universal monsters were in the middle of it's second resurgence, it remains a mystery why the show wasn't immersed in product. These days you can purchase animation cells and, of course, the box set on DVD which was released for the first time in 2006. My kids are teenagers now, but I was able to raise them on the show thanks to a handful of very rough VHS copies. They absolutely loved it.
