Removing a knee pin is no problem. Getting it back it, is driving me insane. I am mutilating it trying to get it in place for a 12" figure. Any suggestions?

Congrats, nice stuff. My Ace has been wobbling on two broken knees for 20 years now!
I always meant to fix them, but figured removing the boots and outfit would be too much of a PITA (especially those damn boots). How was your experience?

The DM 12" knee pins work okay for skinny bodies is what I have heard as that was what they were based on. The muscle body is slightly thicker. I don't do the larger scale figures but I have heard success stories of sanding down the flat area where the two leg pieces connect but this is a sensitive area and can really affect the mobility of the knee joint.sigpicComment

I paid $85 for the $3 of them, then I bought another Paul with a broken for around $23 for the outfit (mine was shot). Sadly the one on him now smells like mold! :(
I ruined the first outfit I had. Oxyclean totally ate the foil. The foil on the other ones isn't great either.Comment
