Many moons ago on the old forums I brought up the subject of a FF Robin that I bought here in the UK. Rather than having a notch in the back of the tunic it had a hole for the switch, pictured below.

At the time it was dismissed as a home cut effort and nothing more was said.
I have now seen another two exactly the same plus one more currently listed on ebay UK.
Could it be that this is actually how they were retailed here? It seems too much of a coincidence that there are others out there cut the same way.
Has anybody else come across other tunics like this?
Maybe it's time to accept that some of them came this way. With only two or three carded versions known it's a bit much to ask for one to be opened
