I Like Robin. He's next to my bed with my other WGSH. I remember when my Mom bought him for me. I was so excited. He just Rocks! I currently have one Mail Away, MIB, and a Carded Robin.

Thinking more about it, and purely subjective of course.., but I think he ranks with Spiderman and Kirk as to particular figures that really personify Mego at it's finest and most memorable.
As most will agree with here, there's always a gripe here or there as to improvements, but our childhoods wouldn't have been as cool without them..
Robin is so underrated it's not funny. Although I love my Type 1 I wouldn't getting a Type 2 later on for when I get a Batmobile so I can have him ride around in it.
As a kid i only had a type1 Robin with painted mask, He was the thrid one after Batman and Superman he would have been second had J.M. FIELDS had one in stock so i settled on Superman, The only type2 Robin i have is a US FIST FIGHTER which i got a few months ago
My fist WGSH Mego! Although I was after Batman when mom brought him home because Bats was sold out. I love Mego Robin. He is probably my favorite next to RC Bats although I may have stated in the past others were. It's the green, red and yellow. My Robin had the painted mask and elastic belt and I remembered this for years but NEVER saw a pic to prove I didn't imagine it until I was about 25 or so. I used to sit and play with his rubber booties because I thought they were neat and he could bend his foot unlike his mentor. lol
Robin was my third Mego after RC Batman and Superman. By the time I picked him up, the RM version was gone (I didn't even know they made one like that until years later). He wasn't my favourite, but if you had Batman, you had to have Robin.
Robin was also my reintroduction to Megos as an adult. He was the first boxed Mego I bought at a vintage toy store at "collector" prices. (he cost the princely sum of $20). I still have him (unfortunately my childhood one is long gone) and he was the "gateway drug" for me starting to buy Megos again.
Ahhh T2 Robin. I still remember getting him. Can't remember exactly what year, but I remember sneaking in to Mom's walk in closet when she was at work one year close to Christmas, digging through presents until I found ones with my name on them, then carefully pulling back the tape to peak inside. I discovered T2 Robin along with Batman and a Batmobile. It actually made the wait worse because I wanted them NOW, but on Christmas those packages were a little disappointing because I already knew what they were.
