Oh, I got them at a beanie show in the city over 8 years ago. Some poor beanies had to be evicted so Captain Kirk, Spock et al could have a new home.

Perhaps, you might be able to find a similar display box at Tap Plastic (South Van Ness/Mission) or at The Container Store (4th Street between Market and Mission). I think the closest Container Store nearest you would be Walnut Creek.

Oh yes!! The container store! Great idea. I totally forgot about that...or I will check out the makeup section at some stores. Sometimes they have fancy Q-tip holders and such that might just work, in that very thick plastic...

Yeah, he deserves better, especially since being on a window ledge may mean too much direct sunlight. And even though the outfit you made hime is white, too much sun could cause sun rot/fading none the less... You be better off placing that walking pestilence in a cage where he belongs...

I prefer loose figs, and I now have so many of them (about 300, if you include the Playmates, FCs, and Hasbro DCs) that they're just everywhere and anywhere.

They're on desks, bookshelves, tables, hanging from the ceilings and walls and overhead fans. They are in my backpack and in my pockets. Sometimes they hang out in playsets, sometimes just standing there alone. They're in my office at work, my studio at home, our dining room, and I've even turned a walk-in closet into a big display area.

There are a few on Castaway style cards and repro and original boxes. I don't have anything on sealed cards because I just cannot stand not to be able to take them out and play with them!

I have my Megos displayed on a couple of shelves on a bookcase. My POTA collection is on one shelf and my WGSH are on another. The WGSH shelf has the loose figures displayed in front of the Toy Room's repro Mego boxes. I have a Dida display on order and once that comes in, some of the JLAers will be moving into that.
