How do you display your loose Mego figures?

    hello all...
I have acrylic cases for my boxed and carded figures that I really like, but I was wondering about the loose ones...how do most display?

I don't currently have an enclosed case, so they are on open shelves, and I have them in the plastic square displayers, but they just don't look "right"....

I have seen some of these white metal looking stands that telescop up to different heights...do folks use those? is there some great displayer I am missing?

    would love some insight/advice

I display mine using doll stands and plastic cases. Here's a picture of my setup. (Don't mind that the figures are floating. They're 6-inches and I just bought a surplus of larger stands for normal sized Megos)

I think your best bet it getting one of the Dida displays. they rock. I have them on a shelf and art work behind them, I also have a vintage trek bridge play set for the loose Trek figures.

My Taylor hangs out on a window ledge and falls down occasionally onto the cupboard I use as my craft table. I think he deserves better. I'm thinking of upgrading him into a ziplock sandwich bag.

Everybody else (my other apes) are scattered and drowning in material or floating in boxes and are still in various stages of being customized.

@Mr Havoc, Thanks for the compliment on my Titans. I hope you find some bargains on some because they're pretty cool!

@NewForce- I'm happy you liked my setup. I actually bought both the cases and stands at ACMore. I think you can find these at basically any crafts store.

I really have to update the pictues though as I fine-tuned my original Titans setup (It now has a Robin Mego/Slurpee/Action Figure set, and I finally got an Aqualad action figure to display too. :P) My NTT is still a bit messy though. I think I have Spidey sitting next to Green Arrow or something on my shelf right now.

                          I only collect loose figs.

When I finished my attic I built shelves into the wall 12 feet long 11 inches deep

this pic is a year out of date so there is more here now but you get the display idea. Also I put plexi glass over the face to keep out toddlers!

Mine are set up on Ikea Billy bookcases along with the boxed WGSH, dust be damned. I use small black doll stands for some of them (blends in nice with the black bookcase) that I picked up on ebay (I believe they are made by Kaiser? They make many different sizes including ones that are perfect for 8" Megos)
