I believe the skeleton (that can be seen in the YouTube video) was an unfortunate member of the Enterprise crew, who got barbecued by the Romulans.
I say that because later in the day the skeleton was discovered to be wearing a gold starfleet uniform.
It became pandemonium, as every type of alien suddenly beamed aboard the bridge. Even Commander Koenig of Space 1999 wasn't immune to the temptation!
