They are fairly rare in my area, and when they are in town, they are either so small I don't really go out of my way to go. If Bendy (a member who lives in the same metro area) isn't there as a dealer, the chances of Mego sightings are pretty darned low.

Been to Holland a couple of times too, but nothing really of intrest there

I went with choice number three. You would think a big city like Huntsville would have something.

I have to drive at least 2 1/2 hours to get to toy shows in Kansas City or Oklahoma City, even though I live in a city with a metropolitan population of almost half a million. Annoyingly some of those are are, as Rob noted earlier, beginning to mostly cater to toys made from 2000 to present and porn collectors (another wonderful symptom of toys and comics catering to a "mature" crowd). However, I do make it a point to get to MegoMeet each year so I can still attend a real toy show. Other than that it's Flea Markets, Antique Shops, Auctions, and Garage Sales for me.

I go to a show here in Morth Attleborro that runs almost every month also, sometimes to sell and sometimes to shop. Hey Spaceace, you've probably bought stuff from me and I without even knowing it.

I go to what ever I can. Mainly just FX and MegoMeet now since I've changed jobs. I loved going to the Shrine, Rose Bowl and Pomona while I was out in CA, made even better by going with my buddies out there...

Unfortunately gun shows are once a month, toy shows never.

I try to go to the Kane County show whenever my work schedule will allow for it, otherwise there are a few in the Quad Cities that I check out.

I try to hunt for Megos (and other toys) pretty much where and whenever I can in the wild. I will go to local shows when I can find them.
