These look a bit like Elastic Super Heroes...without the elasticity. I like 'em, but the price is ridiculous.

Can't believe they did that version of Catwoman! I'm sticking to the Superman characters, though... maybe they'll do a Supergirl.

I just wonder how these will be selling. It seems like the style isn't something American collectors would embrace, which leads me to think that they'll be made in small quantities and be tough to find down the road, at least in the States.

That's what's selling these to me, they are completely following Mego's style, why else would anyone release a Catwoman with this particular outfit? Only because that's what Mego did. Same with the separate cowl and face mask on Batgirl. Can't wait to see the boxes for the Super Gals. It's true that the style is not something collectors in the west are that familiar with, so that may a sticking point for some (along with the price!). The style doesn't bother me, but I'm really used to the style of Japanese hero vinyls at this point (not thrilled about the price though!). If these were around thirty bucks pop or so, I'd own them all.

I think I'd be down for a couple at $30 a pop! Any images of Superman in his box? Bizarro?

Got this response from our Comic guy thru his rep at Diamond select...
"I just sent a confirmation. The Swamp thing was cancelled fyi"
I have all the others on order besides Batman and Joker who we already have.

Just wanted to bump this thread because Superman and Bizarro both are on Diamond's ship list this week. My Superman and Bizarro are waiting for me to pick them up... only issue is Bizarro's box is crushed, but I'll take him if they can't get a replacement in.
