Uh-oh! Medicom really knows their stuff when it comes to vintage toys, why am I not surprised that they chose to package them like this. God I wish they were cheaper! I already have a soft spot for vintage style sofubi figures, but in Mego style packaging to boot??? I thought they were just going to be bagged with a header card, but this takes it to a whole other level.
I am so glad I decided to order Superman now. They are in this month's Previews, so you might be able to get order one through your local comic book shop if you ask nicely.
Internet rumblings are that Swamp Thing is now a Hasting Exclusive post-Toy Fair and that they are limited to 300 pieces.
I just checked Medicom's website, it looks like they are all available for ordering there, including Swampy, until Feb 28th. Really tempted to get Swampy! No pics of the boxes there, but the Mego style packaging really makes these desirable for me too. I'm very curious about Swampy's box.

Are you having it delivered to Japan? I'm in for them if you're doing that!
Oh hell, I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and get Swamp Thing, he's about 12" tall and should come in an impressive box. I'll try ordering him from Medicom's site, only have a week left.

That I'm not sure about. Unfortunately they aren't being released until late May, otherwise I could just get it sent to my father-in-law's house in Japan and pick them up when I (hopefully) go there in April. But I'll be back home by the time late May rolls around, so my FIL would have to send them to me in Canada. Not sure which way would be cheaper.

Maybe we can have them sent to Jen's office? She's back and forth enough. Although knowing how Japanese business politics works, that might be a bad idea?
Hey there's an idea, if she doesn't mind. I PM'd you, but I'll try to see what shipping in Japan is for these. It's 2360 yen to send one of these bad boys to North America.
