What is your favorite part of the Mego Museum website?

i like two things,,,


the photos of everyone collections in the forum. Even though I don't collect many of the MEGO toys , as a toy collector and historian , i enjoy seeing everyones collection and how they display it.

And I enjoy RSS ad posts. mainly because I find it strange that he only posts ads and never says anything else. It seems I think he is going from cover to cover in an old sears catalog and just taking pictures..lol

I really like the whole site. But if I had to pick specific areas I would say my top three are the following:

1. The people: I've met a whole lot of nice, knowledegeable, fun, and
crazy people on this site!

2. The forums: I really like the forums, especially the custom section
and the market place.

3. CustoMego: This section has really be invaluable to me when making
my customs.

The forums & all you Mego toy nuts, bring me here everyday. You all make me laugh so much.

The galleries and accessory check are just fantastic, I am constantly checking parts for repros and figures for missing accessories.

I kinda like the refurbished bathrooms.

The automatic seat-cover dispensers took a while of getting used too, but they're pretty neat.

You'll have to send in an incident report to the home office in Pensacola. Complete both sides of form 89-A in triplicate and fax, do not mail, to Beverley. She'll take it up with Stan and the guys in client relations and a representative will visit you between the hours of Noon and 4 pm on a Wednesday in June to take your statement. Bring 2 forms of ID. And stop banging on the coffee machine.

As far as the Museum itself, I like the Galleries, and the catalog pages. I would really love to see some of those Christmas shots we get on here make it into the Christmas memories page, b/c childhood photos are a blast to look at. Of course, I the forums! Of this my faves are: Mego Buzz, Classic Toys, and General Buzz. I like the other pages too, but these I like best.

There is so much here to like. The Museum is a great place to check out. I have made it almost a daily to do. The Museum forums are very resourceful and informative. The Members are very nice and friendly. There is a good knowledge base here and there are some really talented individuals.

As great as the galleries are, you can't really beat the forum and the great guys who populate and run it. That's why it's always a pleasure to come in daily.
