Bingemans Conference Centre (Ballroom), 425 Bingemans Centre Drive
Hours: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Admission: $4.00 per person
Then we're getting all cross-border. I'm in Artist Alley at the Great Lakes Comic Con in Detroit, Michigan. I'm hoping to be joined by one of my personal Mego customs idols, Brian Leitner/Bleit1701.

Had a great first night! also really enjoyed meeting a member here who is more of a lurker, shoutout to Mark (sp?)! Seemed to be a lot of Mego Love all around with folks coming up wanting to talk about them.
If you're in the Detroit area c'mon by and say "Hi". I've got Mego Meet postcards and Mego Museum/Plaid Stallions cards.

It's Toronto Comic Con Weekend. THREE DAYS WORTH OF FUN!!!
(FOUR if you count the FREE Captain Canuck event on Thursday night)
Starting on THURSDAY NIGHT. Captain Canuck party at the Great Hall on Queen West.
The prototype for the Captain Canuck action figure will on display (thanks to the efforts of Doc Mego! Huge shout out)
I'll be in artist alley booth A245 sharing a table with an incredible artist, Rina Rozsas. Even if you're sick of my Mego customs and funny books, c'mon by and check out Rina's amazing artwork. http://chalkfullofdreams.com
We're debuting the print version of HEADY MENTAL #2 featuring cover by Rina, and she'll be selling signed prints of the cover art as well.
We'll also have the comic Rina and I first collaborated on, CEREBUS LOW SOCIETY on sale.
If that wasn't enough, we're also debuting the collected edition of Fan Fiction the Comic Strip by Dave Franciosa and myself. Dave will be at the table on Friday only to sign comics and prints.
Finally, there is the Captain Canuck panel at 3:00 on Saturday in room 716AComment

Ready for a crazy week in the Greater Toronto Area? I'm barely hanging onto this roller coaster coming up.
I've just joined the roster at the Humber College Comics Expo on Wednesday (Lakeshore Campus) and Thursday (North Campus).
The featured guest is H. Jon Benjamin (the voice of Archer & Bob from Bob's Burgers).
Friday evening is the Ad Astra Comix Equinox Party. a must for anyone interested in political comix. I'm really hoping to have a special Mego custom figure done in time for this show.
Saturday at The Comic Book Lounge and Gallery on college street is the launch party for Heady Mental Season 2.

This debuted at the Ad Astra party last night. I'll be bringing it with me to the Buffalo Toy Show tomorrow (Sunday!), where I am tabling as a guest. A few Mego Museum members will be hanging out there. I'm hoping they will bring me hot dogs from Ted's.
