The best 8" WGSH figure?

Spider-Man. Like Iron Mego and Kingdom Warrior said, it's a simple figure with a perfect headsculpt and great, one-piece costume. All you needed was a piece of string for him to swing on, and you're off on an adventure. Plus, no parts or accessories to lose!

I have to say Spiderman great design.

That's very kind of you to say - I was glad to get the quiver fixed (it took me about an hour after hanging up the phone with Mattel to make and cast the revised quiver)
but I was disappointed that the boots came out so clunky in production.

My best designed MEGO is the Andorian - with Green Arrow and Thor right behind him. The Andorian had little screen time on Star Trek but MEGO took great pains to
give him an episode-accurate costume. For such a minor alien, they could have done him a lot cheaper and save some production money.

Having said all that I will add that I think Paul and company trumped Mego's best design when they released the RA Green Arrow. They fixed the design flaw with the quiver, but retained that really nice head sculpt, while dialing back the size of his goatee. Overall a rousing success. So props to everyone involved in this figure. They brought their A game and knocked that one out of the park.

I really like that it's "kid" Robin with spit-curls, instead of teen Robin--even if he is an eight-inch figure.
