It's the only show that I DVR... I know why they have integrated the star power this season; trying to plus the show some. But if they realize that the toys are the stars of the show, they'll have a good run. These celebrities have been seen a hundred times on a hundred other shows, but I think that folks will continue to tune in for that warm and fuzzy nostalgia at seeing a childhood treasure and then seeing what it's worth now if they had only kept it.

Aide from the main theme, I enjoyed seeing the Ricochet Racers. Knew someone who had them and still see the ads all the time in the back issues I read.Comment

Caught about 5 mins as I was out of town And headed out to the strip cl.....I mean church. Bonaduce lives in Seattle now and has one of the highest rated morning shows. He leaked in a local interview that he sold a new reality show being filmed in Tacoma. Hopefully this episode hit on demand already as I missed the PF stuff.

Whats up guys !?!!??
I miss coming here, but its almost impossible when I am on the road. Trust me, I am reading all the posts, and so is the crew. In fact, when we are traveling on the road... I log on and read them to the crew van over the walkie talkies .
Thank you so much for your continued support of the show. Its really important to try and cover the items that everyone wants to see. At times.. the mighty Network may poke "their head in" and ask for something specific... but for the most part, we are having a blast.
Danny was great to work with. We swapped phone numbers and still speak. YES, he does actually ride the unicycle. LOL
Glad you guys enjoyed the shows with Mark. We all know him, and he has been my friend for 20 years. Yes.. he nut's, but its quirky and the producers wanted to document our interaction. Trust me, for every five minutes on screen... there was another 2 hours left on the cutting floor ( our humor tends to be a bit X-rated at times).
I have no word yet on a Season 1 DVD. I am trying to find out. I know that TOY HUNTER is now being shown in 42 countries... in Australia we are on A&E, and in Sweden its Discovery!
I am going to the Puerto Rico CC in the next three weeks, so if anyone is there, please come by.
And, by all means... PLEASE... if you see us filming.. come up and say hello! Say hi to myself, or any of the crew. TRUST ME, we all know megomuseum. In fact, its bookmarked on the production computers in the office... since they come here so often.
Speak soon!

Hey Jordan. I think it would be fascinating to add Big Jim to one of your episodes. That figure line has such a rich history not only in America, but as a much broader line overseas. I think that would find broad appeal in every country your show is broadcast in. And have you ever considered doing shows that can ride off the appeal of upcoming movies? Look at the Lone Ranger film? Why not do an episode that covers the Gabriel lines from the 10 inch and 3 3/4 lines? That would be very cool. Just my two cents.Comment

I think I can safely say after 2 episodes of a theme of buying for Stars like Gene and Danny I prefer the regular toy hunt. I hate the fact that you go to houses with tons of super hereos and Star Wars and you skip over all that trying to get Partridge Family stuff. Maybe it's just the diehard action figure guy in me but those were the two least entertaining episodes to me. BUT as always I look forward to the show and can't wait for next week.Comment

i liked all that partridge stuff, but would have loved to see Sue dey rather then crusty ole danny, and yes it is
a pain to see the cameras go over that stuff on the shelf so fast,i wanted to see what was there,Do a episode

I'm in Bremerton, WA and I was listening to Danny & Sarah that morning. After watching that show, I was tempted to call into KZOK and ask Danny about the unicycle and one Jimmy Mac McInerney(Rebel Force Radio/Snyde Remarks Radio). Enjoyed watching the KISS episode. Gene Simmons is da man. I've been on a Kenner Turbo Tower Of Power and Six Million Dollar Man collecting kick lately. Those are classics. Just about crapped myself when I saw that prototype 8" Ralph Hinkley action figure. Keep up the great job and we'll keep watching, Jordan. Mark is quite a character.Comment

More Marx toys would be cool. Also any Kenner lines.....Super Powers especially.Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figuresComment

Fun episode as always, it's always great seeing and learning about vintage toys I wasn't aware of. DVDs of the show would be great, especially if some of the "cutting room floor" footage could be featured as bonus material. That could definitely be a big selling point.Comment
