I'm not sure at this time. So, I can answer your question with a definite, possible "maybe".

Hey everyone. The shirt idea is coming together. I just need to get an accurate head count of who will be ordering shirts for certain. Depending on how many are being purchased, it will determine the final cost. Basically, we have to order at least 24 shirts. If we order up to 36, the price per shirt drops a little. And then a little more at 72, and so on. I am guessing we will be at the 24 or 36 range which should put the shirts at about $12-$15 each. I understand that folks won't want to put sizes and such on here. If you could, please PM me or mikeMC4 with the size shirt you want and how many. The shirts generally run a little large, but I am ordering a couple blank samples in my own size (based on factory size measurements) to get a better idea. I generally wear a 2XL, but going off the measurements, a 2XL in young mens sizes will fit me while the adult 2XL is slightly bigger. Kind of strange I know. Once we get a head count, and I get my samples (samples should be here next week) I can provide more info on the shirts, and you will all have access to the measurement chart to determine sizes. We can then make certain that when the actual shirts ordered will fit each person well. I posted this in the original "Mego-Eat" posting too. Again, If you intend to buy a shirt for this, please PM one of us ASAP with the needed info.

Oh, and just to keep folks in the loop, don't worry I had Spidey colors in mind when I started looking at the shirts. I'll make sure info is posted to show the shirts I am looking at shortly. I am trying to get something that is at once affordable, stylish, and that compliments the design and is not gender or age specific.

Here's one with the center circle. The point I'm trying to make here, is that light on dark can work if the image is designed for it. Hint: It's not just using the negative feature on an art program.

Are you only handing these out to folks coming to the eat, or is shipping available?

Wow! Shirts for possibly $15! That's a great deal and sounds like Capnmike is doing this as close to cost as possible which is very generous of him, as it was of Drcyclops for the free design job and pmwasson who sounds like he's gonna crank out awesome vinyl stickers for attendees too! I got your phone number CapnMike so I'm gonna call today and hammer out procedure. And rche has a good question about shirt availability. Capnmike will be delivering shirts to attendeees the day of the gathering, I'm guessing (to save on shipping and time consuming handling). If Capnmike gets overwhelmed with long distance orders for the shirts, I can help ship them out. I was thinking payments thru paypal or maybe money orders, I dunno, need to clear this with Capnmike. I wanna make sure we can enjoy the actual Mego-Eat gathering without stressing about shirts too much but it looks like we got a plan formulating!

I have no problem at all if folks that are not attending want to order shirts. We can just figure out shipping cost on an individual basis. My blank sample shirts should be in hand Monday or Tuesday. Once I see them and make certain they will work for this, I will get the size chart available so folks can make certain they are ordering the correct size. They do generally run a little large, but as I said, I want to make sure all are happy with their final orders. This isn't my own business, it is a company I work for. So I do have to go by the book. But have very good pricing and I am not marking these up in any way for personal gain either. So this should be a great deal all the way around.
