Mexican CIPSA Apes arrived and cleaned up dirty damn Apes!!

    Updated;
I'm glad previous MM member Bryan (aka nayrbgo, he renamed his user name 2 times was saucerful and sauce. He's no longer on the MM) sold 4 CIPSA Planet of the Ape figures me last few weeks ago and arrived them to my new home and then I cleaned up all dirty damn Apes!!

I had over 200 pics, edited them in 3 days and half nights....

I'm finished edited them in my Photo Shop on my Computer. Finally, they're looks great! More pics:

    (This is after)

I received them in a flat Priority mail package and opened them up then I took all parted out and cleaned all of them very well job!

I put separate clothes and accessories in the sink, 2 bowls and in the Master Bedroom bathroom sink. I washed all of them gentle with anti-bacteria liquid dish soap, to removed germs then rinsed them off well and used Oxi Clean is for Bill and Dr.Zaius outfits but I'm glad the clothes are safer. I never used that without white outfits color that I've heard in few years ago, a member told me it ruined his Mego Cheron's jumpsuit so I refused that on colored vintage clothes. When I'm done then I padded the outfits and accessories gentle with new softer rags, I put them on the towels to let it natural air drying in 3 days and then I put all them back together, looks much better.

    What do you think?

    (This is before)

I washed the accessories and heads then padded them with soft clean rags then let them natural air drying in 3 days

On the right side had melted mark on the left side of the head near it's eye. On the left side to replaced CIPSA Soldado Ursus head by me and I put melted one in the storage boxes.

When I took all the figure's outfits and accessories I noticed on the back of torsos that had slight shaved off the copy right from the Factory in Mexico since 1975 and resin with different molded medium brown than Mego T-2 dark brown body.

I noticed this Bill on the back of torso also have been removed the copy right same as CIPSA Ape's bodies. I've seen Bryan's Bill has been shaved off the copy right and stamped on the back, mine is different. Updated, I found out the stamped one is super rare that I had him.

Also, I noticed some of CIPSA Ape boots had been trimmed off on the back of heels with opened small holes and sometimes without back hole heels is original CIPSA if it comes with shinny or slight fading boots.

some, but not all, of the torsos have 'Cipsa' on them.

They are looking good Pat. Hope you get the bit with the leg cleared up.

Some of the bodies had the CIPSA logo stamped on the back and some did not. In fact, darn few of them had that and only on the Bill body. No CIPSA ape bodies have been found with the logo stamped on to date. And it wasn't sanded of the actual bodies, it was changed on the mold before the bodies were created.

Thanks Scott for LMK. Good to know more information all about that, glad to have CIPSA Apes in my collection.

I'm still looking for an original CIPSA Cornelius to complete my CIPSA Apes line, let me know who have one for me. Thanks.

Thank bro, glad they have a new home with me.

I'll take real good caring of them, will put them in the Master Bedroom with extra A/C vents than in the back bedroom that has only ONE vent!

Oh, well... I'll buying a medium sized round fan with stands to keep my Toys Room cooling off and always keep them in dark, never near by the windows that'll fading the figures.
