The Mego story, would it make a good movie?

    The fun in the story would be that many of the things we only associate with the entertainment industry(drugs, excess, meteoric rises and falls) also goes on in the toy business (or did in the 1970's). All those rated R happenings in the pursuit of making rated G products

        I think the "whoever was around 30 years old back then" Abrams'
        story centering around his dealings with the toy industry and the drama
        (and comedy) that went with it could EASILY make a great movie---
        -not only that but the "toy industry mogul as the protagonist" flick idea
        seems really "fresh" to me--I don't think its been done before and that's
        always a "plus" in a script (altho' not necessary for a great movie)
