What does it take to finish a set?

Aqualad was also my last WGSH figure for the 8" line, since I discounted ever owning the Alter Egos.

What is it about Garth that makes him "the last one"? Is it because he just looks like a kid in a sweater and short pants? Is it that same thing that made him less desirable in 1977, and therefore harder to find now?
