Robin (with removable mask and solid box) was the first Mego I owned. I still remember when I got him and opened the box. Priceless memory...Comment

I remember pushing my Robin's face into Playdough to see what he'd look like without his mask. It wasn't until years later that even knew mego made a Dick Grayson.Check out my website: Megozine Covers - HomeComment

Went through more than one, teenage Dick Grayson resonated with me as a kid and he was easily one of my favourite Mego figures. My personal fave was FF Robin, which my folks brought me from Toyfair. I swear he had a black button.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

Obviously Robin is my favorite character. When I was very young, I was never without my Mego Robin. I was a ring bearer at a cousins wedding when I was 4 and I insisted on carrying Robin with me during the wedding.Comment

I believe one of the things that made Robin so special was he was really the only sidekick Mego ever produced. We never got Bucky for Captain America. No Shazam family members. And while we did get the Teen Titans, they were more their own entity and less of a side kick.Comment

It's a good idea to be doing some spotlights on original Megos again, and welcome to the blog team, Scotty.
Batman and Robin were a big deal to me in 1974. The 66 show was on every afternoon and the Super Friends were on Saturdays. I went through at least 2 Robins in my time. I love the collar on his cape, the colors that just pop, and that dopey friendly face is a classic. Robin was a good friend to Batman and me.This profile is no longer active.Comment

Some of my Robin items. I need a your Ledy Robin Piecemaker as I've sold that one in the picture. I'd also love a carded bendy Robin. I loves me some Robin Mego goodness.

I Love the MEGO of the week. Robin is a great looking MEGO. I still remember how much fun I had with mine as a kid.
