As I said - Rob has been in retail for at least 30 years - he used to have
a paint store - so the idea of people spending an hour just walking
around the store looking at merchandise, is a little alien to him.
No one browses in a paint store.
Also, there is a music store near him, so people come in to kill time
while their kid is taking lessons. I told him he should sell very expensive
coffee and snacks in an area with some comfy chairs while playing cool
hipster music. Who knows, maybe it could catch on!
