Cut-out cards from the backs of the 8" boxes?

I bought a few figures a few years ago that came with the cut out name headers from First Issue cards. They were tri-folded to so the original had them displayed as nameplates by the figure.

Great idea, just painful to think of him cutting up First Issue cards
