I always wanted a Richard Donner Fortress of Solitude, and a Daily Planet building complete with helicopter rescue.

AND I wanted a movie accurate General Zod, and movie line in 8 inch scale.

    Yes I wanted much.

I always wanted a massive Enterprise playset for my Megos, and a Western town for Johnny West. Never was able to do anything about the western town, but I did set up a Enterprise of sorts using the Mego bridge, and a couple of bookshelves.
When the 3 3/4" figures came out, I made a fairly large cardboard Enterprise, that had several decks including a multi-level engineering section, shuttle bay, sick bay, crews quarters deck, and a deck with the transporter room, briefing room, and a fairly elaborate rec-deck. Had tons of fun with it, and kept it in my basement under a bedsheet for a lot of years. It was a sad day at the Federation when I had to "decommission" my Enterprise because I was moving to a smaller house in the city....a sad day indeed.

Wow, you guys have mentioned a lot of familiar sounding stuff for me. I guess we all think alike maybe?

For a LONG time my dream set was the Woman's Day Supercity; but I finally got that out of my system. For stuff never made I guess I'd have to say a Death Star playset in 8" scale, to go with my 8" Mego Star Wars figures.

            >I would like to see a Mego-like Alien

Me too; but it's gonna be a couple of months yet.

            >What I would like to have now is a custom dungeon,

            Some pics here:

I think we all saw this coming.... - Mego Talk

Not GOOD pics, but when assembled the whole thing covers about 25 square feet. It's modular.

            >Mine would be a POTA village that looked like the one from the movie.

Hmmmm.... you could make one using that rigid styrofoam they use for insulation. Chop it down a bit, glue together, acrylic spray.

A Baxter Building with working FF rocket plane launcher mounted on one side. It could have been based on the Wayne Foundation playset.

                Mission To Gamma VI

I always liked the Gamma VI Trek playset. It was a fun set with lots to do.Through the years it went the way of a garage sale.A year or so ago I lucked out and got another box and all.My memories weren't lieing to me.It is still an incredible set.

Star Trek The Next Generation playset for the 9" figs...but if we are really dreaming, lets say they make retro-Mego styled figures to go with it.

I happened to come across mine in the late nineties. It is the POTA Fortress. I was lucky enough to find one that was unused. I may be convinced to let it go now that my collection focus has shifted. I would like to eventually get it to somebody who would like to use it to reproduce some of the artwork, as everything is still new including the flag sticker and refelector decal. They would be great for scanning and reproducing. If this happens to be somebody elses grail playset, let me now and I'll possibly post something in the marketplace. I'm afraid my son might find it and actually play with it

The dream playset as a youth would have been an accurate Trek Bridge, or more accurate Batcave/Wayne Manor, but I would never have been able to purchase.

I never had that much money as a kid.., but thankfully Dida Displays have triumphed in making all these dreams come true.

I'd still love to create a scaled Eagle for the 8" folks, but that's in the distant future..

I seen Mike's earlier post and was about to concur on the Trek bridge then I seen Scott's post about the Bat cave with the bat poles and I was about to concur THEN I thought since both of those are now an awesome reality I want a friggin custom 8" KISS stage. Ohhh Scott!!! hint, hint....
