    Your dream Mego Playset

Past or present, adult or child...what is now, or would have been then, your ideal Mego playset? What line would it be for? What cool features would it have?

Ever since I was a young'in I wanted a Star Trek bridge that looked like the Star Trek bridge.
Scott's bridge would have been a dream come true 30 years ago.

The one I just got, Sears Excusive Hulk Playset that's Mego-sized that came out in 1978(See thread in "auction watch" to see a pic), now that I have a Bruce Banner, I have a plethora of Hulk's so I can finally get busy!

I am prolly gunna get at least 4 of Scott's when money loosens up for some stuff I need to get house and Christmas related, cause 20 Megos shot up to 60 in short time, and I need something to keep them safe and looking great in an awesome display!

I did not pay HardyGirl to start this thread. But I always wanted a Wayne Manor with a really long pair of Batpoles, and now I have it.

You know, strangely enough, I wasn't even thinking about Didas when I started this thread. (sorry Scott!)

More recently I've been wanting to do an entire Western Town playset and set it up in the middle of the Arizona desert just to take pictures of it all. One day...

I always wanted the Batcave playset when I was a kid. Now I want one of Scotts new playsets.

Think B.A. Where did you hide the Megos?

When I was a kid my favorite was the POTA treehouse. I was really into building tree houses and forts in the woods behind my house. What I would like to have now is a custom dungeon, complete with a rack, iron maiden, and a brazier with branding irons. I'm weird that way

strangely I would like to see a Mego-like Alien ( vintage) and a Giger playset to go with it. I am thinking of creating one for the 18" alien , but a 8" version would be cool too in the mego style.

I would've loved a playset for the Kiss figures,Kind of like a huge stage with the drum sets and microphones, now that would've been bad!!

Maybe a nice cemetary with loose headstones and maybe a coffin or crypt?

The crypt could be made with that transforming effect where you spin it around by a knob at the top like the transporter in the Trek playset. In one side you could place Drac, in the other, a large bat! Would be even better if it had a compartment under it where you could "bury" the coffin...or have a zombie "burst" from under the ground!

Mine would be a POTA village that looked like the one from the movie. Stone buildings and that walkway to string up them humans! A jail would have been cool too with an operating room and maybe Dr. Zaius' office?
Scott?? got anything like that? The Ape cards got me thinking about Ape City.

I'm going to try adapting some of the pota card ape city stuff to playset backdrops. They'd need some work--to my taste I'd want the art to look illustrated, not photographic....
