The artwork reminds me of the generic boxes, which would chronologically place this towards the end of the run, possibly explaining why they're not lfeatured in any catalogs. Same logic would exlplain why there are so few of them.
Could this be a catalog exclusive?

I am with you on the end run nature of it, I know I've seen it once before but for the life of me I don't know where. I was never sure if it was made. Other than the Royal Guard outfit, it's one of the few items I was gunning for.
