Do you collect loose or boxed or what?

Loose, but in good condition. Like the tactile element... to handle and pose them, etc.

generally only loose so they can be displayed. however, if I see a good deal on a carded or boxed figure I would not usually let it pass by. I have maybe 30 carded or boxed Mego's but most are in staorage and not on display. the WGSH I have are in my display case along the back wall.

I prefer boxes ultimately. I'll mostly go after loose figures and parts myself, then when a figure is complete, I'll throw it in a repro box for safekeeping.

I'm more drawn to the boxes mostly due to nostalgia, as that's how I received my Megos when I was a kid (I also remember getting Kresge carded figures Way back when, but since I was a kid, packaging didn't matter to me back then).

When I got back into all this, I contacted Mego 73 for some repro boxes, and man did he deliver. Toyroom's aces as well!

Loose. Mine get played with, and I have a habit of customizing existing figures to better fit my idea of the character. Although I do have a few boxes and cards.... some repro.... of stuff I thought was nifty.

I just have a meager, but minty loose collection. The few boxed ones I do have are waiting on Oscars cases to keep 'em nice, but typically loose are just fine.

I prefer boxed, but loose and near mint is ok if I can't get a MIB one. I don't care for carded ones. I like to handle the toy, and set it up with the box displayed behind it.

Really a little of everything. As far as WGSH go my current tallies are 15 loose, 14 boxed and 3 carded. I like each for different reasons. I love MOC but I know I have to temper what I buy due to the cost and with limited space, they take up the most room.

I've always collected loose. I just enjoy being able to hold the figures in my hands.
