The Flash and Ming are not final product, but Jacob and MIB had to be delivered for SDCC so they had to go with with what they got---which isn't terrible, but they are a little funky.

I think the Dude is the best indication that the heads will eventually be as they should be.

That's disappointing for the LOST fans hoping to pick up Jacob. That prototype head looked amazing.

Were the Ventures on display final product? In the last batch of photos, I thought Doc Venture suffered from the head transparency, but the figure on display at Comic Con looked great!
