What is your favorite SEASON as a collector ?

No preference.. For a few years, I always took my neice and nephew (when they were young..) to Kane County Antique Toy Show near Aurora, IL each Spring. The wife went once, but it's typically me and the kids, who are now grown, but still like to go.

Football season. I can DVR whatever I want to see, and take advantage of central Ohio being a ghost town while the games are on.

Hey guys, finally my first post!
Just got back into Mego's last year, and it was a few months before Christmas, so that's my pick as well. I also always find myself looking for old catalogs and flyers that I saw as a kid or that have toys in them, and I end up spending alot of money on them as well (lol)!
Of course who doesn't feel like spending money at X-mas?

Pretty much all year round for me as well. Maybe not as much in the winter as I hate the cold climate.

It's weird, but the different seasons make me want different things.

I collect all year round, but spring and summer get me into super-hero mode, while fall gets me into classic monster mode, and winter is when I focus on Masters of the Universe.

I don't really have a season exactly. Whenever the mood hits me is pretty much when I go hunting. I use to raid yard sales, but not as much anymore. I will say I did well this year with some nice minty Megos for virtually no cost, so I can't argue my trips are fruitless. But it's usually when I'm not expecting anything that I make the finds. Isn't that always the way it works?
