that's the way I feel about it also. if they have an item they need to look into it before they sell, if they don't ... it's fair game. But if I had someone come up to me and ask, then I would feel the need to be honest.

I found an old TYCO G.I.JOE Train Sealed at a flea market for $10.00 and when I got home I felt so very bad for not saying anything, so I went back the next day and they had the TYCO R/C Trucking G.I.JOE set open,but complete and I paid 2x what they asked for it (Again $10.00 so I paid $20.00 and still walked away happy as hell!

quite a while ago I got a speedy, a robin and a riddler for 5 bucks each at a flea market. i kind of felt like i should tell them the value. I didn't though.
