Your kids and the Retro Action "Megos"

OK, since I have no kids of my own, I have to live vicariously through you guys.

Inspired by Doc Drako's and Toy Talk's replies about their kids and the Retro Action figures in TRU, would any of you like to share pics of your kids w/ their Mattel figures?

She is almost 2. She barely could wait for me to open him.

Very cute pics. You'll have to wait 'til I get back to Australia.

When I got my Green arrow, my one year old was just dying to get her hands on him. She promptly stuck his head in her mouth! Every time she sees him on display, she wants him. I guess he tastes good! This is the best part about the Retro Heroes, I dare you to let a one year old have your mint Mego Green Arrow!! I would show pictures, but I still have not figured out how to do that yet!

If you put it in your gallery, just copy/paste the URL to that pic and include in your post.

My son and I finally struck gold at our local TRU.

I told him he could pick out one for today and he proceeded to throw one of each in the buggy. How could I say no.

I only let him open one today though. This way the anticipation builds

He is having so much fun!!!!!! It's awesome!!! Thanks again Paul!!!

Awesome photos...I'm heading to our TRU tonight to see if there's any signs of Retro Action Life.

Think B.A. Where did you hide the Megos?

I don't get all the folks saying their kids 'finally have a mego they can play with'. The entire catalog of CTVT is $5 per figure, and mix and match custom figures can be put together there and from Doc and Castaway for not much more. If your kids are so hungry for Megos and you want to keep them away from yours, why not get/make them a different one for every birthday/Christmas in this fashion?

I understand what you are saying, but when you are a kid getting one off the store shelf is half the fun and excitement. For those of us with kids the joy is watching them get worked up in the store, not when the postman shows up.
