If anyone is looking for a Lex or Sinestro the TRU near me has them (at least they did yesterday). I would be happy to pick one up and mail it out, so long as you cover the cost plus shipping.

For anyone in the Austin TX area. The TrU on North I-35 off of Parmer has one full set left as of 4pm on 3.11.2010. The Superman in this set looked really nice and the Lex was the stitched suspender version.

    have a GOOD time

Went by my TRU today and finally found them in, well all except for Lex. I had planned on only getting GL, Sinestro and Lex but when I saw Supes I couldn't resist. Actually Supes is probably my favorite so far. Pretty cool seeing them hanging on the pegs!

I went back today just to see and Supes and Lantern were gone. Just had Lex and Sinestro left. I so wanted to get them again but left them for someone else. Just seeing them hanging there is exciting.

I couldn't resist and brought Lex and Supes to work with me.

While I agree with the concerns about how loose they seem and the pelvis/leg proportion, I LOVE having new figures. And the costumes are really well done. Seriously well done. Save for the boots. I like the material but they are too bulky for my tastes. Oh well, LOVE having them.

I would still love to see a TRU with dozens and dozens of these on the pegs
In reality, that would mean that they were not selling well if that many were there. But I get your point. It would be great to recapture that feeling that you had as a kid. I remember walking into a Kresges and looking at my choices and thinking "I wonder if mom would let me get another Spider-man."

Well, I found them! They had two full sets on the shelves and the cashier commented that he'd sold two other complete sets tonight...he seemed puzzled by it. Looks like I have birthday gifts for my nephews once the eBay ones arrive.

    Found 'em in Atlanta!

Stopped by TRU on the way home from work.
Found 2 sets of all 4.
Picked up 1 Supe and 1 Lex (my Lex has the stitching on the straps. The other one I left behind didn't.)

It's funny, but when I went in , the store staff greated me with, "Is there anything we can help you find?"

Reading in all of the previous posts about the trouble most folks had trying to describe these action figures to the TRU staff, I just replied back with, "Nope. Just looking around...." I was on a 'adventure', ya know?

They weren't on pegs, just sitting single file on a shelf amongst all of the DCU stuff. Had no problem finding them.

    SCORE ~!~!
Last night I found Superman & Lex at TRU in Jhonson City, TN.
That is all there was, and it looked like there were only 2 spots for them to hang.
No problems, with either one. And my Lex is not stiched on the black straps.
