Marvel no longer has the Conan license. It was acquired by another company in 2022.

Correction, Heroic Signatures-who are producing the current Conan Comics, is the owner of the Robert E, Howard Estate, it is not a license holder. They have partnered with Titan to distribute the comics, but Titan does not license Conan to publish them, they are simply the English language distributor that Heroic Signatures uses to get the Conan books to market. The Conan rights weren't acquired by another company, they were taken back in house by the rights owner.

Others, including Super 7 have worked with Heroic Signatures to do Conan toys since, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that Mego could strike a deal, I just don't see it as likely.
