I'm sure some will. However once the figures start to hit it will likely be more obvious.

The other thing is that this is S7 and they will likely make Ultimates and some kind of vinyls and oversized figure from the property as well. Reaction is "first step" to a large rollout of product line. I wouldn't be shocked if we see a variety of product from them in different scales and articulation schematics over the next couple of years.

Yeah I'd welcome all those characters at this scale.

My initial take was that S7 had done a five point version of these, as they look to have very stiff elbows/knees in these pictures. Wondering how many other folks are lazy readers like me and will dismiss them thinking they are five point figures? After finding that they are indeed a rubber band constructed figure, I think the Karza is pretty cool and a neat idea to have one in scale with the other Micro world characters. I would definitely want to see a force commander as well, tho. Green Baron, Emporor, and King Atlas would be cool as well if one were to bring the magnetic figures to the smaller scale.

The Micronauts were also as the English say "Breaky."

I'm a vintage guy at heart and will always be but not everyone wants to hunt down and shell out $60 for loose mint figure.

So while I will personally reserve my purchases to things I don't have like Karza and Biotron in this scale. I totally get why someone would want an Acroyear for 20 bucks.

Also, price wise, I'm ok with 20 bucks. I don't to pay more though.

These look like they'll be a big hit. Many people are familiar with Micronauts through the comics, especially those born after Mego, who aren't as familiar with the vintage toys, but know the property through back issues, etc.

I think these strike a nice balance between character and function. We'll see what the final product is like, but many of their Reaction figures are fine pieces of business, even if obviously overpriced. Reaction+ seems to be a bit more of a mixed bag at the moment but with only a handful of figures out in that style currently, there was bound to be a bit of growing pains.

I find that the vintage Micronauts line was not without it's own issues as some of the construction of those late 70s early 80s figures wasn't as polished as later efforts. Likewise, while I understand there were different scales for different characters and some of that was intentional, the idea of having Baron Karza in scale with the traditional and inevitable other 3 3/4 Micronauts is quite appealing. I can see why purists might get upset, but I think these look pretty rad and will likely be a big success at least for a few waves based on previous Reaction success and the buzz this relatively niche property is getting after not having much merch in the last few decades.

These were the first instant preorders I’ve done w/ super7 since their Mars Attacks reaction line.
I’m sure I’ll enjoy them just fine, I’m just waiting to see how they mix with the vintage line on display.
I think I might need to finally bite the bullet on some opaque time travelers as I feel like these new releases will fit in better with them than with the mass of transparent ‘nauts I’m already rocking.

I have a 1/18th type biotron but I don’t know what you line it’s from (dio klone?) and the three SDCC exclusives. The little Palasides stuff I had are broke my red clear Karza is ok I might on a whim if I see these on the shelves pick them up but won’t preorder. Interested in seeing Acroyear and the aliens if they get to them.

I’m curious to see how posable Biotron is. I like the Baron Karza.

I preordered the super7 figues, i like them quite a bit.
I was still an infant when the Mego line came out so my encounter with Micronauts was more from going over friends houses and seeing their older brothers collection. Between that and the Heroes World catalog, i knew what was up when the inter-changeables line started coming out, which is what i collected....i can still remember the thrill of getting Count Magno lol

The thought of having "Marvel" scaled Biotron and Baron Karza to supplement the original and reissue Microman/Micronauts toys for 20 bucks American makes me quite happy.

These won't replace the original Biotron or Baron Karza toys. I can't imagine that they are meant to. For what they are, they look really neat.

Here's hoping they are sturdier than Palisades's attempt at new Micros. If they are as well-made as Mego and Takara's Micronauts/Microman, I will buy at least one of each figure.

I didn’t have a lot of Micronauts so I was kind of indifferent about the announcement, but I did have Biotron and I like how the figure looks so I’ll probably pick that up if I see it.

I'll probably break down and get the Reaction Silverhawks. I don't judge.

If I see them on a store shelf and have the money I will probably pick them up.

I have no sentimental feelings for the Micronauts, did not read the comic books or collected the originals. I have since read the comic books( thanks to 25 cents bins) and liked them for what they are.
